I keep coming back to this hotel because the staff is so helpful. On my first stay, they returned my forgotten jewelry. The place is perfect for me with its amenities like Wi-Fi, on-site car park, luggage storage, and restaurant. It has everything I need for my business trips.

the room was clean and ideal and had separate bathroom plus an electric kettle and a fridge. the location in a great area was great and super and there were shopping centers and a large shopping mall nearby.

Surrounded by lush gardens and featuring a beautiful swimming pool, we were able to relax and unwind in a tranquil setting. Additionally, being at the edge of the city allowed us to easily explore Chiang Mai without any hassle. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the reception to the general manager. They were attentive and friendly, ensuring that all our needs were met. We also appreciated the various amenities available, including room service, car hire, and laundry services. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations.

We stayed in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a pool just steps away from our front patio. The location near the airport and Central Airport Plaza was perfect for quick meals and shopping. The staff was friendly and the breakfast selection had enough variety for our family. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent service and attention to detail. After a late flight, the hotel allowed us to store our luggage and even offered us a shower before heading to the airport. The staff were friendly and always went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel's location near the airport and shopping mall was very convenient for exploring the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the pool and garden area were tranquil and well-maintained. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious, with both American and Thai options. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Chiang Mai!

Over the Christmas period, I stayed at a hotel in Thailand. they had free chocolates and wine waiting in the room, which was a lovely gesture. The hotel was located in a central area, making it easy to get around. the staff was friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The icing on the cake was the complimentary breakfast which was delicious and had many options.

This hotel had some negative aspects. the room was way too small, making it hard to move around with luggage.

The breakfast was delicious and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The hotel's proximity to the airport and easy access to the old town via tuktuk was super convenient. The spacious rooms, beautiful grounds, and refreshing swimming pool with stunning lotus ponds exceeded our expectations. The free airport shuttle was a great bonus. The two restaurants served tasty Thai food and salads, while the cake and ice-cream place satisfied our sweet cravings. The free Wi-Fi and close proximity to a shopping mall were a huge plus as well. All in all, we can't recommend this place enough for an amazing stay!

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel offers spacious rooms with nice views of the pool.

The breakfast experience could be better, as the wait staff were not efficient at answering questions.

The staff at the 24-hour front desk were incredibly helpful and made organizing sightseeing tours a breeze. They even went above and beyond to arrange massage services that were absolutely heavenly.

Great hotel with lovely staff! I was able to explore the nearby shopping center easily and the location was very peaceful. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. The gardens were beautifully decorated with creative sculptures and the food was delicious. I loved that they grew their own vegetables with a hydroponics farm. Best of all, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even providing a free airport transfer. I’d stay here again when visiting the city.
